My scope focused on the design of the exterior panel system-responsible for defining the mech’s visual identity while remaining fully grounded in real-world manufacturing constraints.
Every surface was required to remain strictly planar to ensure efficient fabrication, imposing precise limits on curvature, articulation, and surface logic. Rather than restricting the design, these constraints became the framework for a highly deliberate problem-solving process, where proportion, segmentation, and surface rhythm carried the visual impact.
